Gnocchi

Easy make at home pasta.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed potatoes, no peel
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  • Prepare mashed potatoes
  • Combine the ingredients, then knead into a patty
  • Wrap patty in plastic wrap and let rest for 20min
  • Cut patty into four chunks
  • Roll out each chunk into a long roll and cut into pieces
  • Brush each piece against a fork to add texture for sauce to stick to
  • Boil until floating
