Asparagus Pancetta Pasta
Super yum easy pasta recipe. Good use for asparagus.
Ingredients
- 200g diced Pancetta. (I need to research this more and find it in German grocery stores)
- Linguine Pasta (I like to make my own)
- 300g Asparagus, Green
- 2x Green / Spring Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Chicken stock
- Mascarpone
- Basil
- Parmesan
- Lemon Juice
- Salt + Pepper
