I own a Tojiro Fuji Cutlery Chinese Style Cleaver.

My search criteria:

• Wooden handle that would sort of match my Japanese knives.

• Stainless steel. The harder Japanese knives with VG10 are cool but more prone to chips and chips on a big cleaver shape seem more problematic to me.

• German dude who is hyped on this knife shape
