Chocolate Chip Cookies
I started with this recipe from TikTok, but after I started eating more gluten I've switched to the following.

- 125g 550 flour
- 95g 405 flour
- bit of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 225 browned butter
- 2 tbsp room temp water
- 100g white sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 tsp vinilla extract
- 1 tsp express powder
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 100g chocolate
- 25g nuts
Ingredients
- 115g 405 flour
- 140g 550 flour
- big pinch salt
- 5g corn starch
- 3g baking soda
- 140g unsalted butter
- 2 parts brown sugar
- 1 part white sugar
- 1.5 eggs plus one egg yolk, 1/312 eggs
- walnuts
- chopped chocolate
Possible additions:
- vanilla extract
- espresso powder
Instructions
- Melt butter and let cool.
- Chip dark chocolate and nuts.
- In bowl, flour, salt, cornstarch, and baking soda with whisk.
- In a seprate bowl, mix sugars and slowly whisk in butter.
- Add in eggs to sugar butter mix, one at a time.
- Mix in flour until smooth.
- Add chocolate and walnuts
- Refrigerate covered for at least 45 minutes.
- Use ice cream scoop to make dough balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 215c for 10-13 min.
- Let cool on wire rack before searving.
