Crab Salad
Another delicious Russian salad.
The Salad:
- Imitation crab meat
- Cucumber
- Eggs
- Rice
- Can corn
- Carrot
- Mayo
- Creme fraiche
- dill?
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Great with ruffle potato chips or tortilla chips.
This is the one dish my partner can’t stop once she starts. Super good.
