Marshmallow topped Sweet Potato Casserole
An american Thanksgiving classic. The holidays would not be the same without some delicious sweet potato casserole.
The recipe is pretty simple. You'll need:
- Sweet Potatoes, 5
- Brown Sugar, less then half a cup
- Butter, .25 cup
- Orange Juice: shot
- Cinnamon, pinch
- Mini Marshmallows, enough to cover
Steps:
- Peel sweet potatoes.
- Boil sweet potatoes ~25min, until super soft.
- Mash and put in strainer to get rid of extra water.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Bake at 180C for ~25min.
- Enjoy!
