Peanut Butter Noodles
Got instant raman noodles in the cupboard? Eggs? Peanut butter? This is an easy recipe from the mad mind of Marty Matheson. When I’m too lazy to cook this is what I make.
Ingredients
- Instant noodles pack with flavor packet / oil packet
- Peanut butter
- Green onion
- Coriander (optional)
- Chili chirp (I need to research this more idk exactly what it is)
- Egg
- Sesame Seeds
How
Grouped by things you can do concurrently.
- Toast the sesame seeds.
- Cut veggies.
- Add flavor packet, oil packet, and peanut butter to a bowl.

- Fry egg and green onion whites.
- Boil water and cook noodles by package instructions.

- Pour some water into sause bowl prepared earlier and whisk sause together.
- Add noodles and mix
- Plate
