I was already going to buy a sauté pan but this TikToc sent me over the edge.
I ended up getting the "MAUVIEL 1830 M’URBAN", which I'm very happy with. It is my first Mauviel 1830 pan. It won't be my last.

- full clad and not bottom plate
- rounded handles may not be the best
- check for induction compatibility
