Smashed Cucumber Salad
This is a super easy Asian side dish.
What
- 1 cucumber
- salt
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- black or rice vinegar
- sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds
- chili oil
How
Rubber mallet plus zip lock bag to smash the cucumber. Then chop it into bite sized pieces, add salt, and let it rest in the fridge for 10 min.
Once ready to serve take it out of fridge drain juice and add in other ingredients.
