Sourcing my next knife from Japan
Friend of mine is going to Japan on vacation and I'd like him to pick up a Japanese kitchen knife for me.
Criteria:
- Not readily available on the market outside of Japan.
- Budget is max 200 EUR
- ~13cm or 21+ cm would would be a new size

It is a big brand but maybe there is some special JP only knives. Or really good deals.

I've been wanting a chinese chef knive and Tojiro makes a really nice one, and it is pretty cheap.
