Tuna Melt sandwich

Ingredients
- Can of Tuna
- Sliced cheddar cheese 🧀
- Mayo
- Crème Frisch
- White bread
- Butter for frying
- Panko bread crumbs
How
- Mix tuna, mayo, crème frisch, few spoons of bread crumbs
- Pan fry the bread in butter until brown on both sides.
- Pack bread with tuna mix
- Broil at 200 for a couple min
- Add cheese 🧀
- Broil for another couple min
- Enjoy
