Zapekanka

Zapekanka Творожная Запеканка, not to be confused with Zapiekanka the Polish sandwich, is a delicious Russian breakfast meal.

Masha makes this one so I only have a Russian recipe link. I think of it like a more fluffy, less sweet, cheese cake with raisins. It is based on Tvorog but Masha uses German Quark
