Cream Puffs
Top dessert in my family. People literally fight over them (not sure this is healthy behaviour).
Ingredients
Puffs:
- 250ml water
- pinch salt
- table spoon sugar
- 80g Butter
- 125g Gluten free flour
- 4 eggs
- Baking Powder
Cream Part 1, x1.3 from original recipe:
- 3 egg yolks
- 50g sugar
- 15g cornstarch
- 300g milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract Cream Part 2:
- 170g heavy cream
- 17g sugar
Cooking
Bake at 220 deg C for 20min ish min until golden brown. Then open oven door and let the temperature slowly come down so they don't collapse.
