Flat bread

With a gluten allergy, I never made flat bread before. But last night we had some left over hummus, so here we are.

Recipe for 6

  • 350g flour
  • 350g Greek yogurt
  • salt
  • baking soda

Very easy. Mix ingredients, kneed a bit, and let sit for a few min. When over stuff is prepared, like dip, cut dough and make balls. The roll out the dough balls thin < 1cm. Add them to a hot pan with a bit of oil and cook until each side is brown.

While the last side was cooking I covered them in a butter, oil, and herb glaze. Yum.

I was surprised how fluffy they were without yeast. Gluten flour is magic.
