Gochujang Glaze

What

  • gochujang, 0.25 cup?
  • jam, Yuzu 3 tbsp
  • rice wine vinegar, 1.5 tbsp
  • sugar, bit
  • soy sauce, 2.5 tbsp
  • honey, 1 tbsp
  • water, 6 tbsp
  • garlic, 2 cloves minced
  • ginger, bit grated
  • salt
  • five spice powder, pinch
  • ketchup, 1 tbsp

How

Mix everything and simmer until desired thickness.
