Gochujang Glaze
What
- gochujang, 0.25 cup?
- jam, Yuzu 3 tbsp
- rice wine vinegar, 1.5 tbsp
- sugar, bit
- soy sauce, 2.5 tbsp
- honey, 1 tbsp
- water, 6 tbsp
- garlic, 2 cloves minced
- ginger, bit grated
- salt
- five spice powder, pinch
- ketchup, 1 tbsp
How
Mix everything and simmer until desired thickness.
