Griddle
A griddles that spans two burners is a kitchen essential for me. I use one daily. Not sure how I got by before. For material I think something with good heat retention and distribution like carbon steel or cast iron is best.

This made in carbon steel griddle seems like the gold standard but it's too big for our stove.
