Hotpot
I experimented before with hotpot, but now I've got it down and my partner and I have been enjoying it as an easy week night dinner regularly.
Watch out for the spicy flavor. With a thick layer of chili oil on top of the pot it was too hot and we had to abandon an entire dinner.
What
- Hotpot seasoning pack. Little sheep is best I've tried
- Beef. Frozen rolled beef from asian store or fresh
- Greens, Bok Choy..
- Mushrooms, steamed
- Little garlic, ginger, and white part of green onion to add some extra kick to the seasoning
- Goji Berries for health and looks
- Rice noodles
- Semsem seeds + Green onions as garnish.
