Panna Cotta
Delicious make dessert with a lot of garnish and topping options.
First time making these was a total fail. I used Gel-Fix instead of Gelatine sheets. Not editable.
On my second attempt I used this german recipe.
- Shot of vanilla extract
- 4 Gelatine Blätter
- Sahne: 400g
- Zucker: 80g
Into four cups instead of six so they are taller.
