Quiche

Ingredients
Base:
- Gluten free puff pastry crust
- 4 Eggs
- .5 cup milk
- .5 cup heavy cream
- salt pepper
Add ins:
- bacon cut into strips or cubed ham
- goat cheese
- caramelized onions
- sauteed mushrooms
- sauteed chropped asparagus
- parsles chopped
- spinach
- feta
- white cheddar
Instructions
- Thaw pie crust
- Apply pie crust to pan
- Chill pie crust for 30min in fridge
- Bake pie crust at 190 deg C, ~15min
- Prick holes at bottom of crust bake another 8min
- beat eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper together, 1min
- combine egg mixture and add ins inside the crust
- bake at 177 deg C for 45min
