Quiche

Another recommendation from french friends.

Ingredients

Base:

  • Gluten free puff pastry crust
  • 4 Eggs
  • .5 cup milk
  • .5 cup heavy cream
  • salt pepper

Add ins:

  • bacon cut into strips or cubed ham
  • goat cheese
  • caramelized onions
  • sauteed mushrooms
  • sauteed chropped asparagus
  • parsles chopped
  • spinach
  • feta
  • white cheddar

Instructions

  • Thaw pie crust
  • Apply pie crust to pan
  • Chill pie crust for 30min in fridge
  • Bake pie crust at 190 deg C, ~15min
  • Prick holes at bottom of crust bake another 8min
  • beat eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper together, 1min
  • combine egg mixture and add ins inside the crust
  • bake at 177 deg C for 45min
