Lasagna Bolognese
Lasagna with homemade Ragu and long homemade noodles, yum.
Once you have the ragu and noodles the actual lasagna is pretty easy. Best to make the ragu a day in advance.
Layers go
- Butter dish
- meat
- noodle
- meat, noodle, béchamel, parmesan on repeat
- noodle, béchamel, parmesan
Bake at 190°C for 35min, then 10min counter time before serving.
