Lasagna Bolognese

Lasagna with homemade Ragu and long homemade noodles, yum.

Once you have the ragu and noodles the actual lasagna is pretty easy. Best to make the ragu a day in advance.

Layers go

  • Butter dish
  • meat
  • noodle
  • meat, noodle, béchamel, parmesan on repeat
  • noodle, béchamel, parmesan

Bake at 190°C for 35min, then 10min counter time before serving.
